Most weddings have a cake cutting, and, during it, many guest gather around to get a glimpse of the task – but what does it mean? The cutting of the wedding cake signifies the first joint task the bride and groom undertake together. In addition, the feeding of the wedding cake to one another represents the mutual commitment of the bride and groom to provide for one another.
